Pros:
Arcade games and plenty of entertainment (tv with apps, board games
Plenty of space and sleeping arrangements
Plenty of Cooking utensils, dinnerware and silverware (used sponge, no dish towel)
Cons:
Cleanliness- best way I can describe is it’s like you’re staying at a friend or family members house for free. Things you wouldn’t judge them for but you would expect better from a paid hotel service. Dirt and dust on bathroom baseboards, light fixtures in bathroom, bathroom vanity is bigger than the sink and floor is chipping in places, about 2-3 inches of the wall is damaged next to the bed in the bedroom off the living room. No smoke detector or carbon monoxide detector seen as indicated by the listing. This is an important safety feature in a 3rd bedroom apartment with children. Fire extinguisher and first aid kit was also not seen.

Research the area
Exterior is not appealing at all
Stairwell could be swept and kept better- Uber Eats McDonald’s was left for 3 nights in the main entry
we found parking on the Main Street at a meter most nights
I personally would not recommend for single women or families
Coffee/tea station, there was plenty of coffee, keurig stopped working because it needs to be descaled, no tea, no artificial sweetener as shown in pictures (I would’ve bought some from the store)
