I had a 7 night stay, my 1st time in Chicago. Lobby was well-maintained, Asian gentleman at the reception was friendly & professional. Room was spacious & well-equipped but kitchen countertop was dirty & I had to clean it myself. Wish there were water dispensers/bottled water provided though. Breakfast was below average, spread was limited & food wasn't great quality. Gym was fantastic. Location was pretty quiet and safe, about 30 mins from city centre, 3-5 mins walk from the nearest metro. Overall had a comfortable stay but probably wouldn't stay again.

Well first of all I didn't get the room that I reserved. I reserved a one-room suite and I ended up with a split room thing so yeah didn't even get the room I ordered. Then I had a cold air return blowing on me the entire night because they stick it right over the top of the bed. So had cold air blowing on me all night. This hotel is not very good. Good luck with that

Great option for shows at the United Center!

We booked this evening stay to be close to the United Center for a concert. Parking was available in the back of the hotel & we walked to the venue which many people were doing! The hotel itself has seen some use but, we were happy with the room for & [bonus] the free breakfast was on point!
