The hotel is unique: it is a former hospital and still has that vibe somewhat. The staff was fantastic. The location was great. We had pizza delivered to the hotel lobby and all was great.

We chose the hotel because it was within walking distance to the United Center. Everything was great about our stay. The staff were kind and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and the free breakfast was excellent - nutricious with lots of variety. Would definitely choose this hotel again!
