The staff was rude, water pressure was in and out, it was like staying in a hostel, the rooms where very small and the doors didn’t have separate insulation on the bottoms so it was a space and you could hear someone 3 doors down in the room, the slams of the doors are very bad the sound of people in the hallways. This is not a place to sleep or relax! I’m so disappointed I paid for 7 nights. What a rip off , the heater didn’t even work right. Everything was bad! Never again!

The breakfast was not good. You’d think you have more options for the prices but it’s not really any. The ice machine was down on my level had to travel to other floors to get ice. It’s really a motel but upscale because of them doing some decoration.

The showers only had cold water, my room wasn't cleaned when i asked. I had to ask twice. The rooms are too small if you travel from out of town. I will never stay here again. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The room was clean, small. We requested a higher floor and staff accommodated us. Front desk took the time to write out directions how to get to the subway and how to take it to Wrigley Field. He then refused a cash tip and said it was part of his job. Sasha at front door was friendly and helpful. Everyone at front desk was very friendly and helpful.
