The staff was rude, water pressure was in and out, it was like staying in a hostel, the rooms where very small and the doors didn’t have separate insulation on the bottoms so it was a space and you could hear someone 3 doors down in the room, the slams of the doors are very bad the sound of people in the hallways. This is not a place to sleep or relax! I’m so disappointed I paid for 7 nights. What a rip off , the heater didn’t even work right. Everything was bad! Never again!

The hotei and including the rooms was very clean. I asked desk hotel clerk to call for us a taxi and he went above to make sure that we were helped. The breakfast were very good. This is the first time me and my wife visited Chicago, and we plan to come again and I would not hesitate to come here again.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Shower had great pressure. It is an old (but well maintained) building so the rooms are small. Noise from outside like sirens is pretty loud, but that is city life. Our room did not have a fridge (no space) so if that is important to you then be sure to request a room with one. There are only two small elevators so sometimes you have to wait, but it wasn’t a problem. We enjoyed our stay here.

Would have like more variety in breakfast meats. Better toppings for oatmeal, just had brown sugar and peanuts... Toaster took 10 mins to toast . Rooms were comfortable but so small.. we had to shimmy to get from the frint door to the bathroom. Great location though. Very clean. 1/2 a block from the Bally's Casino. 5 blocks from the Riverwalk. Caddy corner to Pizza Due with excellent deep dish.
