I enjoyed the staff and the few items in the kitchen. The building seems like it was being completely remodeled because nearly every area but the lobby showed signs of construction. Overall it was a good stay.

I came from a long trip and a horrible hotel. My Son, who lives here in Chicago, met me at the airport to help me find a hotel to stay at overnight. Everything was perfect about this hotel, except we did not realize that it was so far from the airport. It was late, so we did not have time to explore the area, especially since we did not know where we were and if there was anything worth seeing nearby. I still will recommend this hotel.

They bent over backwards and went the distance to make our stay great. Love the shuttle service to local sites. What a comfy, large suite and superb bathroom. It really makes the stay awesome.

STAY AWAY

This place is less of a hotel and more of a nightmare factory. The customer service is so bad, I started wondering if they were running a contest for “Most Useless Staff of the Year.” Spoiler: they’d win. Every question I asked was met with either a blank stare, a lie so obvious it was insulting, or a shrug like I was interrupting their nap. Need clean towels? Apparently, that’s an unreasonable demand. Want Wi-Fi that works? They act like I’m asking them to build a rocket ship. The room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since the Stone Age. If the lights flickered any harder, I’d have thought I was in a horror movie. The only thing scarier than the décor was the attitude of the front desk. Honestly, sleeping in my car would’ve been a five-star improvement. Avoid this dump at all costs unless you enjoy being treated like an inconvenience and lied to with a straight face
