I did not receive the room I paid for. The hotel said they oversold the suites and we were out of luck. No compensation for the difference. The staff had zero interest in helping keep the customer happy. A smile and some free snacks would gave gone a long way.

On site restaurant was delicious and their staff was wonderful. A lot of construction but no noticeable increased noise. One elevator was not working in the morning but they all were by that evening. I wish that it was a little closer to public transportation.

Everything was good. Walking distance from Everything. Dislike parking was 65 a night which I thought was ridiculous also the pool was out of service during our stay and they had construction going on. These were not bummers for me but were little inconvenient.

Great value! We were a little worried because the hotel rate was much lower than most of the other options in the city but we couldn't have been happier. It a 15 walk from the L train and within walking distance of most site seeing locations. The staff was great and the room was clean. Thanks and we will certainly stay again.

While I had a privacy please sign on the door, someone from the Hilton came into my room while I was on the toilet. He said-I thought you checked out. The staff said it was an accident and no explanation at all. Terrible customer service.
