The hotel's location is very close to all the downtown attractions. The staff were friendly. We stayed in the river view rooms, and the rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was much better in terms of choices and overall price.

The property itself is beautiful. I've stayed at a lot of hyatt hotels. The staff at this one were not polite or pleasant. I didn't encounter one nice staff member. The valet were the worse. This is one hotel that I would not stay at again.

the hotel staff was motionless and check in process without any greetings. The room is not very clean. The food is ok, and over priced. Not a good family place to stay.

Not really up to par to be a “4 star hotel”. Rooms are basic / slightly outdated and not as clean as it could be. Huge hotel that is often used for conferences, etc. so keep in mind before booking. Pros: walkable and convenient location
