We had to move to new room because the first room was right next to the elevator, which was making a lot of noise. The new room had trouble with the heater and needed to have an engineer come and fix it. Otherwise, the visit was okay

I reserved a room with a king sized bed and sleeper sofa. I was told there were none available at check in and I couldn’t get an upgraded room. Unfortunately, queen sized beds just aren’t long enough as we are both very tall. Disappointing that we weren’t offered any other options when that is what we reserved, to say the least.
