We valeted so the parking was nice as they took and parked our car and when we checked out, they went and brought it back. Front desk staff were friendly, especially Darnell, Joey and one of the ladies up front. Beds were comfortable and views were nice.

Great location next to Michigan Ave. We got a bus one block away that took us to Obama Presidential Center, Griffin Museum of Science and Industry and the Field Museum. We also chose to walk 12 miles in 3 days to see everything else!
