We were disappointed that they didn’t have a complimentary breakfast available. Otherwise we had a good stay. The room was clean and staff were helpful. There was not a hair dryer in the room but we were able to get one very easily. The staff was very friendly and the area was quiet.

This is my favorite hotel whenever I stay in Schaumburg. The location is excellent, and I have always loved DoubleTree because the service is consistently outstanding and the cleanliness is impeccable. I also really appreciate the Crabtree & Evelyn bath products that are always available at these hotels. The area is perfect for walking and shopping. There is a huge mall nearby, and all the stores are within walking distance, which makes the location incredibly convenient. I especially love that there is a large Asian grocery store right next to the hotel. They offer many delicious ready-made foods, including Korean-style fried fish, soups, and other fresh dishes. I buy fresh food there almost every day, and there is no need to order an Uber, which makes the stay even more comfortable and convenient.

A hotel was OK. Definitely not up to Doubletree standards. The pool looks like it’s been permanently closed, but was told that they are in the process of repairing it. It’s currently being used as a storage area. Other than that, the rooms were fine.
