It was great and the employees were so friendly and accommodating. Our flight ended up getting in way earlier and they made sure we had a room and were comfortable. The wine balky hour every day is awesome and safe with the the $10 fee that can be applied to the hotel bar. The rooms are really spacious for Chicago and location is unbeatable- smack dab in the Gold Coast and a quick walk to Old Town. Ruby at the front desk is fantastic. The only drawback is you have to ask to have your room cleaned.

It’s a very beautiful hotel walkable to a lot of entertainment, dining, and also public transportation Staff was average at reception No room service so that was a real bummer
