Nice location and functional property. AC seemed not to work in our unit so it was a hot night. Furnishings, towels and beds were a bit tired, and the bedroom had a slightly funky smell. But decent value and stay was pleasant overall.

This big clean suite felt upscale - thanks for the upgrade! We would have appreciated more towels and wished K-pods had been provided. The view was beautiful and watching the working dock was fascinating. We loved the renos to this great old building and would come again.

We had the ocean view suite and were more than pleased with it. I believe it’s the premier room there and we just were fortunate to have it. The place was wonderful. The building is a little bit dated, but it was built in 1900 and has been refurbished. It was a great place to watch the sunsets from our suite or the deck. The lobster boats were tied up to the pier across the way and we were close to restaurants. Most of the amenities were above par but we do a good deal of cooking in, and I would suggest that they refresh the cookware

The unit was spacious and clean and comfortable. There is no front desk, so we had to call to find out how to get in, but they answered and it wasn't difficult. The property is right on the dock. Outside (not in the unit) it smells like fish. A block away, it did not smell like fish. There was also a truck running in the dock all night. It was a constant noise, no horn honking or shouting or anything, but it's a quiet town, and this is perhaps the most active location in an otherwise quiet town.
