It's a really nice place. The room was clean and the amenities are great. The location is convenient but very close to the road so there is noise. It's quite risky leaving the parking lot because of the speed of the cars coming around the curve. This can be a matter of concern for some people. We were overall pleased.

We had an awesome stay! Super clean! Tentative staff. The bed was comfortable! I love that there was a keurig and not one of those mini coffee makers. We will definitely come back the next time we are in Chattanooga!!

Im going to give 3 stars because the company refunded us for the night we didnt use. My hasband and I travel a dozen or more times a year and have never left a destination early until this stay... the heater in the room sounded like a lawmover or motorcycle everytime it started up and remained that loud until it shut off. Since we got in so late on Thanksgiving we waited until morning and messaged them with a video of the issue, they asked if we had heat, and said they would check it out. We left for the day and there was no reaponse after that. My husband called later that night said we would be checking out in the morning and requested a refund for the unused day, which they refunded us, which we thought was fair. With that being said one positive, the location. It feels out of town yet an easy drive to major attractions like ruby falls, lookout mtn, and down town. Plus there was free parking at the lodge. Wish i could give a better review, but this is accurate as to how our visit went.

Clean room, floor needs repairing, could’ve been a trip hazard, had to take our own trash out to the dumpster upon leaving, felt like that should’ve been on the cleaner, need bigger trash can, right on the main road in a dangerous curve, but room was very nice

Room was hard to find just because it was dark and the sign for the lodge was small. The beds were extremely comfortable and the space was comprobable to a nice hotel room if not bigger. The floors were semi dirty but nothing extremely gross. The shower was really nice, wish it had darker curtains. Street lamps shone in in the middle of night. Tv worked great. We had a nice relaxing weekend appliances were super cute
