It was all Five stars in the staff going extra mile finding an accessible room big enough for my husband‘s wheelchair to get around then housekeeping maids really nice and do a very good job cleaning going an extra mile as well. breakfast is a plus I The coffee is great.

Staff was pleasant, but room was a little smelly and something sticky was in the hall carpet right before our room. Our shower had bits of something black in the corners and there was no fan in the bathroom. The fridge and diahers provided were all clean and the room was comfortable.

I highly recommend staying here. It was clean, comfortable, and we received excellent service. The breakfast is very good for a free buffet style setup. It’s about 20 minutes to downtown Chattanooga or lookout Mt. The only negative is that the pool isn’t heated and it was frigid. But we still had a blast riding the water slide.

Our stay at the Home2 Suites was very good and convenient for our activities in Chattanooga. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom is a little small and hard to maneuver around the door at times. The bed was comfortable. The TV channels were a little lacking and the picture quality on some wasn't great. Breakfast was ok except that over the holiday weekend, one morning was so busy that they were out of a lot of things, so that was a little frustrating. But overall I would stay here again.

Front desk clerk was monotone and NOT welcoming at all. Definitely needs to learn how to greet people and put a "smile" in her voice. Breakfast had trouble staying stocked on a busy Sunday morning.

Awesome one of the best places I have stayed!

The suite was absolutely beautiful, clean and very comfortable and spacious. My kids loved the pool and spent a few hours in it after dinner and right after breakfast for another hour and a half before checking out. Only complaint is the pillows. They were very very flat.. almost to the point of not even having one, but we just said that the next time we book this awesome place we would bring our own pillows. Great place! It was a perfect weekend trip for my Husband’s 40th birthday!
