Nice townhome close to major highways (77 and 485). First floor has kitchen, living room, dining area, 1/2 bath and laundry. Second floor has a master bedroom with full bath attached and a huge closet. The 2nd upstairs bedroom is also large and has another full bath right next to it. Two parking spaces are included. Free internet available. 10 minutes to UNCC and Wells Fargo corporate offices. Restaurants, grocery stores and a Walmart are just minutes away. Trader Joe's and Aldi are also just a 5 minute drive away.
