This hotel was a very convenient location and provided excellent staff service. One of the best features was an easily accessed overnight menu and food selection that provided comfort for busy schedules and late travel. The lobby and lounge seating was comfortable, clean, and elegant. Will definitely stay here again.

Excellent welll kept property. Close to Bank of America stadium (walkable) and NASCAR Hall of Fame. Be prepared to pay about $50 a day for Valet or $ 35 a day for self parking in your travel budget at this establishment. The valet service is excellent. I text ahead and my vehicle was ready and waiting for me by the time I got off the elevator.

The room was what I needed, nothing extra. Staff was friendly and accommodating despite it being a busy weekend. One of the towels had makeup stains on it when I got there which wasn’t a great feeling, but otherwise clean and adequate! The restaurant in the hotel had some challenges with the kitchen with food sent out uncooked but the wait staff was great.
