Room was listed as wheelchair accessible. I drove 3 hours for a 2 night stay just to find out it wasn’t. The doorway wasn’t wide enough to get into bathroom by any ADA standards. I was nice about it and asked for a refund after looking into a couple other rooms. They said they refunded and I went on my way. I saw a refund attempt and an odd number of charges on my account but gave it a few days to see if it cleared up after MLK day, a banking holiday. Now I have THREE charges $120+ and no refund. The hotel number says they don’t deal with refunds then proceed to give me a number that is supposed to but my hotels.com doesn’t have a reservation number that matches that format. Technically I shouldn’t be allowed to review since I don’t stay but since they have about $400 of my money without providing any benefit to me, here we are.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Room was clean with nice blockout curtains. The only thing is, we went there to celebrate my birthday and booked the stay there because it advertised having a restaurant and several bars and a rooftop terrace bar. We booked our stay on a tuesday and once we checked in we found out that the bars and restaurant were only open on the weekend. I wish the hotel website would have mentioned this. We did find a nice Pub with a pool table and Webb's restaurant was next door (within walking distance from the hotel).

The room was tiny and cramped. The new decor felt old to me. And the vent in room 207 squeals and makes other crazy sounds when you turn up the heat. Also if you are looking for the thermostat it's behind the pocket door for the bathroom!!! Weird place. We couldn't locate it at first had to call front desk and ask. It is overpriced and underwhelming to say the least.
