We reserved to room at short notice and we were pleasantly surprised, the room was clean and well kept., the water in the shower was piping hot, the breakfast choices were fantastic, and most of all ,we were very impressed with the woman at the front check in, who was super friendly and a wonderfull resource for this property, she seems to thoroughly enjoy working with people.

LOVED THE BREAKFAST! I wasn't a huge fan of the construction feeling from whatver was going on in front of the hotel, but thats temporary and beyond your control. Room was good, bed was comfy. Everything was clean and the lady at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. We had a good stay and will definitely consider staying here again.

Staff is exceptional, caring and so friendly! Beds clean and very comfortable with great blankets and pillows. Breakfast is very good with lots of options. Bathroom was EXTREMELY small, could barely open the door and enter without bumping the toilet. NO streaming service available on TV! what?? In the middle of summer, POOL CLOSED for maintenance. Booked this hotel in large part because of outdoor pool. The water was green and pool was closed. Very disappointing.

Needs Improvement

Hotel was not very clean. Used contacts on nightstand. Hair on bathroom sinks. Shower needed a deep clean. Overall dated and in need of updating and better housekeeping. Lots of construction workers staying during week. No signs of bed bugs or roaches so that was a plus.
