The toilet was broken. I had to open the top up to manually flush it. When I told the front desk about it, they offered to give me more points. I don’t wabt that; I’d rather have a partial refund. Also picked the hotel because of the indoor pool but that was being renovated. That wasn’t posted ANYWHERE on any website. The front desk clerk said it was, but it wasn’t! My autistic brother was so looking forward to that! Will not stay here again!

Very out dated. My room smelled heavy of urine. I bought an air freshener. Wall paper peeling. Water cut off in middle of shower.

Shower was broken. No way to keep the entire bathroom floor from getting wet. Handicapped shower had no seat which is normally installed. My wife who is handicapped opted to not take a shower as the situation was highly dangerous.
