I do not know why there are so many 10/10 reviews. I go on many business trips, so I stay in many different places, but this one is far worse compared to the price they charge. I stayed for 3 nights, and this is what the receptionist told me when I checked in. This is the first motel/inn that did not provide extra toiletries, towels, and toilet paper. If you run out, you need to provide it yourself. If you need more towels, you need to wash them yourself at the laundromat downstairs. The hairdryer is sooooo sticky, and the handle had someone's hair all wrapped up around it. Very very gross. I do not think the cleaning staff cleans the rooms thoroughly. I have been to cheaper hotels before, and I do not usually leave a review unless it is really bad, but this one needs my review to let people know not to book this place.

The rating score is deceiving..

Booked this hotel based on the rating score and proximity of where we were going to be.. the room smelled stale with a musty funk, there were hair balls and big dust balls stuck to the legs of the stools at the dining area. Only one elevator, so if they needed to service a refrigerator or take trash/dirty laundry or whatever it was all done in the same elevator as guests. We had to wait to go to our room while they were swapping refrigerators thru the elevator. I don’t know if this was because its an extended stay or not, but there was nowhere to put our trash, no extra trash bags other than the 1 it came with and no toilet paper other than the 1 roll there. We called the front desk to ask about the trash and where to put it, they answered but claimed they couldn’t hear us.. my husband went down to the front desk and she claimed she never answered the phone in the first place because she missed the call but we were talking to her on the phone in the room. We ended up walking our trash bag outside to the dumpster, which was also overflowed and there was trash everywhere. Overall, the experience wasn’t terrible, but definitely average and the “customer rating score” is very deceiving. Would’ve booked elsewhere.

Check in took almost an hour due to lack of staff. They originally put me in the wrong room. The bathtub was dirty and while showering, a roach came out of a crack in the wall and i woke up to a bug crawling on me.

It was a wonderful room and very clean. It had a full kitchen. The price was very reasonable. I was shocked that there was no restroom in lobby. That's the 1st thing people need to do after a long ride but we had to wait to check in and use the restroom when we got in our room. But the room was VERY nice!

They do not have breakfast and don’t use the venting machines in the lobby. Also check out is at 11 across the board not 12 like the hotel room door says. Other than that the hotel is just that a hotel nothing to write home about

Beware of pet deposit not listed

The staff was friendly, room was clean and quiet. Problem came with the non disclosed pet deposit of $140 that was not refundable. The only thing listed in their website was a $20 per day pet fee, which I had zero problem with because it was something I knew about in advance. Not even in the pet addendum that I had to sign was there any mention of this non refundable deposit, which isn’t a deposit, it’s a fee. And people shouldn’t be blindsided by that.

Dirty Carpets with stain and a foul odor,, marijuana smell throughout the entire building,, elevator didnt have air conditioning,, couldn't get 2 towels,, wash told i had to wash out the towels i had in the laundry, i will bever stay at this hotel again, nor will i recommend anyone else to either,, very low class!!!
