Some of the staff was very friendly. Even though we didn't use the amenities, it was great to have them. Breakfast overall was good. The only complaints I have was the hallway leading up to our room was dimly lit and the couch, bed and pillows were not comfortable.

My favorite charlotte hotel. Rooms feel huge, because of great layout. Super clean and tidy hotel. Back off the road so it's not noisy close to alot of shop and restaurants. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. Good parking.

Our stay here was lovely. We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was exactly as it was described. They had a coffee machine for little pods but we brought ground coffee so I asked the staff if they had a regular coffee machine and within 5 minutes I was brought one and also more coffee. The staff was super helpful and very very nice. In the close area there are several dining options, but we also had a kitchen to cook if we chose to. The beds were comfortable and the room was reasonably clean. The pool was also clean and we used it and enjoyed ourself. Breakfast was good, and someone helped us to make waffles. Overall this was a great experience and we would booke here again. Oh by the way, the drive from there was gorgeous through alleys overhang with trees and beautiful houses. This is a very nice area.

Staff was great!!! The hallways are too dark and no cleaning staff during our stay. I went to the front desk to ask why our rooms were not clean and we needed clean towels and she informed me that they don’t clean the rooms until we check out and I asked what to do with the soiled towels and she said leave them on the floor and the only trash cans were the ones in the bathroom and they were small so we used shopping bags for trash cans that were piled up in the kitchen on the floor until we checked out!
