Upon arriving at the hotel to check in, we were unexpectedly met with a mandatory $50 deposit for a smoking room due to “booking through a third party website” despite the sign at the front of the hotel stating a $50 deposit OR a valid ID was required upon check in. Nothing was stated about this when I called beforehand. And we have never had to pay a deposit on a smoking room at this location before. The front desk attendant argued back and forth stating that wasn’t true that even with an ID you still had to pay a $50 deposit. We had to ask a friend for the money for the deposit since we couldn’t get a refund so that we would have a place to sleep that night. Minutes after stepping into our room, we were met with cockroaches. There was feces wiped all over the bathroom walls and toilet. The door didn’t close all the way even when shut and locked. And our room key didn’t work for us, even after 3 separate trips to have it fixed back to back. I honestly think the front desk attendant was messing with us intentionally and not fixing the key when he said he was. Overall a terrible experience.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Rooms are run down. Desperately need of repair, repainting and deep cleaning. Non smoking room reeked of smoke. Shady clientele, loud all night long. Parking lot and outside of rooms was filthy, with garbage, cigarette butts even old socks lying around. This place is not at all what pictures ot description listed. Refrigerator smelled like mold, sheets had long black hairs on them. Pillows were miserable. This is a rent by the week slum.

Refused to return security deposit. Refused to take a security deposit by card, cash only. The only nice people were the two old Indians that were a couple and housekeeping. Best part of the stay. They did their job excellently. AC unit broke several times the last few days but eventually stopped screeching. Room otherwise not well maintained in terms of mold. Cheap. You get what you pay for. Lots of weed smokers and one night stands. Thin walls.

I didn't like anything about the hotel, it was nasty, shower didn't work and homeless people hanging around
