Great place to stay with Deborah and Ivory of the morning staff were both friendly and very helpful with my families needs and very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. Diamond of the night staff was very helpful when we check in tell us times and all the amenities of the hotel. She even told us good places to eat. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Charlotte
