This is by far the worse experience I have had on Vrbo. On the day of check in during the Christmas season, when I arrived I was not provided with the keys for the unit because someone was occupying the unit. This is so disappointing because I booked a month in advance and planned my entire travel and stay in Charlotte around this. Imagine traveling from the Caribbean to then be told unfortunately we would have to cancel your stay for 6 days. Poor service! Recommend you stay somewhere else.
