After we left we’ve received notice from our card company that there’s an actual supplemental charge submitted now for $55. We charged nothing supplemental!! Bad experience!!

Lovely hotel nice presentation of everything, courteous and friendly staff, great breakfast. Only complaint was the TV in the bedroom didn't work and I had been looking forward to being lazy and lying in bed and watching TV. And, I guess this is a Hotels.com thing but the room view was of the roof and the A/C units. Not the first time this has happened so they must assign rooms with subpar views to the consolidators.
