The room was very clean and the front desk staff was wonderful. The restaurant staff wasn’t quite as helpful. The cleaning crew found one of our phones left behind and called us while we were on the way home. The front desk agreed to hold it for us until we could get someone to pick it up. The biggest issue was with other guests…there was a ball tournament in town and there were kids running up and down the hallways until much later than we would have liked..no fault of the hotel.

The hotel, staff, breakfast, and other amenities were excellent. The only negative I continue to have with this property is the lack of handicap parking and parking overall.

Everything was above average except for the shower. The floor drainage was inadequate, causing the entire floor to flood. This caused a definite slipping safety hazard. Also, the placement of the shower head was poorly positioned. This only contributed to the accumulation of water throughout the bathroom.

The breakfast was great! You have a lot of options to choose from. The omelettes were delicious and made to order. The service workers were constantly working on moving making sure you had everything you needed. Top tier service. Great experience.
