I was pleasantly surprised very clean really decent breakfast compared to some other more expensive hotels that I’ve stayed at. They only had one elevator, and it was very slow. The other was out of order. I had to use the stairs a lot outside of that I would stay there again.

The room was in pretty good condition. The overall interior of the building was descent. The complimentary breakfast was mostly satisfactory, but the apple juice tasted like beer. The biggest complaints/issues for me: Except for the woman that checked me in, the staff that I encountered was distant and standoffish. One elevator did not work at all, and the other repeatedly would stick on the 5th floor for long periods of time. Lastly, the aged TVs did not allow for viewing options other than local programming.

The man who was at the checkin desk was rude and had a attitude problem seems like doesn’t wanted to attend me, and one point he said you can leave if you dont wanna stay here i had two rooms. And i being patient all that time waiting while he was playing with computer for over 10mins before attending me. Terrible person. 03/13/2026 night time around 11
