The location of the hotel was great for our needs. Free parking. A free, nice breakfast. The space is great--very spacious and clean. The hotel is better than many in the areas, though in some places it had a musty smell. Rooms were fine.

The property needs an upgrade. The carpets are smelly and the bathroom tub was dirty and the shower curtain was ripped up. Felt more like a motel and not a hotel.

The staff was very nice, no complaints there. When we checked in - 3 had 3 rooms booked - my husband and I took the one they said was "renovated" yet and let our guests take the updated rooms. Our room when we checked in, on a day that was 100 degrees, had the A/C turned off - so the room was a sauna and took forever to cool off. It had water damage on the ceiling, a torn couch, everything in the bathroom that was metal was rusted, and the shower curtain was torn. The bed was nice, but considering the temp of the room and all the other factors, I worried about bedbugs - thankfully none. The breakfast was sparce and the same thing both days, I expected a little variety maybe alternate sausage and bacon at a minimum. 90% of the furniture in the dining area was old and torn. But the most unsavory part was the toleration for people sitting around the hotel entrance at night drinking and smoking pot etc. I was a little unnerved and scared for our teenagers walking around or coming in after us alone. I was a little scared to have 2 19 yr old women go to the pool unaccompanied. Everyone is entitled to do their own thing, and that is their right, but I would think the staff at the hotel since we did see them walk out there, would not let that go on in plain site right at the entrance.

Family trip.

It was a good deal but the facility was a bit dated. It can use some renovations. The toilet had an odor coming from it, the water (although very hot) was cloudy was the first use and breakfast was basic. Overall the stay and staff were pleasant.

They wouldn't clean the room. It was told becauae we paid third party. That we cant get oir room clean every three days or when requested. When requeated never came. There was mold in our shower and when I told them about. They tried to move me in room that was very dirty and smell like smoke. Some of the staff was awesome and took care of me. The girl in the morning was rude and told me so many excuses. Im very disappointed and spent alot of money with them. .. ..

The property was loaded with homeless individuals. walking around asking for money, food ect. one the worst places I have ever stayed. The door to my room had a big gap in it.i could see people walking pass in the hallway.
