Upon entry to the home first impression was nicely remodeled older home brought up to date with modern features. The home was clean and temperature was perfect. I had contacted the host earlier and communication was swift and helpful. The home was located close to downtown venues. This made for a very pleasant and comfortable trip. We enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and pet friendly. Unfortunately, we had to go out and acquire a few necessary items that were listed as being available in the home. There was no hand soap or shampoo in the bathrooms. Also, there was an ironing board, but no iron. My husband had to go out and obtain one. We were in town for a rehearsal dinner and wedding, so this item was needed. If I would have known ahead of time, I would have brought my hand steamer. Lesson learned for me!

We stayed here 1 night because we were in town for a concert. Booking process was very easy, the host answered my questions quickly, and everything was as expected. Newly remodeled home with a beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. The master bath shower was beautiful and had great water pressure. Very easy access to uptown charlotte. Would definitely stay here again!

The bungalow was perfect for my needs and expectations. My dog and I enjoyed walking in the neighborhood this morning before checkout and I appreciate the close proximity to The Fillmore.
