This could have been a 4.5 rating, the significant downgrade are for two reasons, expectation to pay $10/night for parking and inadequate supply of coffee pods for the length of the stay.

Likes: Some renovations underway. Friendly staff at front desk. Dislikes: Mold on ceiling in shower. Spilled soda in elevator never got cleaned up. Bathroom sink experiences water-hammer. Squatters out room window. Surprise parking fees. No USB ports.
