The area around the property is nice. Once you get to the hotel, that area is questionable. You can tell it is an old building but it was clean for the most part. It has a musty smell to it and they have humidifiers in the hallways. The staff is very friendly. I saw another customer talking so nasty to the staff, and the staff was so courteous to her even though the lady was nasty and rude. It's not my first choice but not my last choice.

Pool was green. Staff was unfriendly at check in. Room was not clean and pillows were awful. The room had a bad smell. The booth in the dining area was falling apart I was shocked this was a Comfort hotel.

We called 5 times from the airport, no one picked up the phone and the free shuttle service never came. We eventually had to take a Lyft and were not reimbursed. When we arrived, after checking in we were told the elevator was not working so we had to carry our luggage to the THIRD FLOOR! No manager was working and we were told we couldn’t be reimbursed and no rooms were available on the lower levels. Awful experience.

I asked for a nonsmoking room and my room stunk of cigarette smoke. The bathroom door didn’t close properly. The door lock latch was in disrepair. No floor mat in the bathroom. The airport shuttle took over 45 minutes to pick me up after I called twice. There was a metal bedroom that extended four inches past the bed that I hit with my ankle twice. The positive: no bed bugs.
