This clean and comfortable 3-bedroom manufactured home offers a quiet, practical place to stay on the “quiet side” of Lake Norman. It’s a great fit for guests visiting for work, family time, home renovations, or transitional housing.

We especially welcome longer stays (15 – 30+ days) and have designed the home with extended comfort in mind.

Conveniently located just a short drive from McGuire Nuclear Station, area hospitals, and nearby construction developments, this home works well for traveling professionals and families who need a reliable place to land.

Recently renovated and fully equipped, the home includes everything you need for a smooth stay — a stocked kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, laundry, workspace, and strong WiFi. It's thoughtfully maintained and comfortably furnished, offering a simple, welcoming space where you can settle with ease.

The home is located in a quiet, established neighborhood with a mix of properties and long-term residents. While it's not resort-style or a newly developed community, it offers a quiet, local atmosphere. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings, relax on the front porch, or explore Lake Norman’s outdoor activities, restaurants, and local shops just minutes away. Charlotte is also within an easy drive for those commuting or visiting the city.

Wonderful property

Stayed for 9 days, check in and out was easy, communication with owners was quick, neighborhood could get just a bit noisy at times, but I couldn’t hear any of it when I was inside the house and, honestly, I live in the country and it wasn’t any louder than at home. Would most definitely stay again.

Great Place

Kristen and Sue's place is great. My family stayed here for an extended weekend and it was perfect for us. The house was very clean. We were very comfortable. The front porch is wonderful. The dogs had plenty of room to run in the yard. While we didn't use it, because we were visiting family the back patio is super nice. The kitchen and baths were well stocked. The drive way is easy to back your boat up into and still have plenty of room for additional cars. Hosts were very responsive to questions. I highly recommend their place and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality!

Your place is lovely. Very clean. Beautiful house and yard with spacious parking. Loved the shampoo conditioner and bath soap supplied in BR. My only suggestion would be to stock kitchen a little more. Sleeps 6 but we had only 5 bowls and 6 plates. A could extra plates to serve food and still have plates to eat. No electric mixer. Only one pot holder. However pots and pans volume and quality was excellent. We just picked up paper plates and bowls.
