I am disappointed at how Expedia chose to handle this reservation. The room I received was not the room I reserved. I mentioned it to the front desk clerk, and of course, he said he couldn't help cause I booked via a third party vendor. I contacted Expedia and their response was it was what Sonesta provided. It's always someone else's fault. All I wanted was to be refunded the difference between the room I booked and the one I received ($60). I even provided photographs to the representative. To make matters worse, I encountered FOUR roaches in my room. One in the morning and three in the evening. A big one, medium one and small. It was like papa, momma and the baby. A whole family reunion. I did bring this matter to the attention of the front desk both times. I had stayed at this place once before but after this bad experience, not again.
