I am disappointed at how Expedia chose to handle this reservation. The room I received was not the room I reserved. I mentioned it to the front desk clerk, and of course, he said he couldn't help cause I booked via a third party vendor. I contacted Expedia and their response was it was what Sonesta provided. It's always someone else's fault. All I wanted was to be refunded the difference between the room I booked and the one I received ($60). I even provided photographs to the representative. To make matters worse, I encountered FOUR roaches in my room. One in the morning and three in the evening. A big one, medium one and small. It was like papa, momma and the baby. A whole family reunion. I did bring this matter to the attention of the front desk both times. I had stayed at this place once before but after this bad experience, not again.

Check in staff was very friendly. The hotel and room was very clean and the hotel guests were quiet. However, the appliances and room decor could use some updating, it was very dark in the rooms.

Check in was fast. Rooms were spacious. Room smelled terrible of smoke, there was a bunch of hair on the floor in the bathroom, the make up wipe in the packet was used, there were stains on the couch, the elevator han abrupt drop, and ants invaded my car in the parking lot and I'm still dealing with them almost a week later. Stay somewhere else.

Hotel was ok. Light fixtures very rusted out, ceiling in bathroom stained. Room stuffy and maybe mildew smell, had to keep ac on high to mask it. Came out of room and saw a lady walking her mid size Bully dog down the hallway and that was scary. Definitely needs some refreshing. Location was great for me as it was closer to family home, but not convenient for restaurants and stores unless you wanted to drive 5-10 mins.

We loved everything about our stay, it was a perfect budget option near a concert venue we frequent. We will definitely be back, my only complaint is a tiny bit of mold in the bathroom but not enough to deter us from coming back.
