Fully equipped with a heated pool, the house features 3 bedrooms (Bedroom 1 with a king-size bed, Bedroom 2 with a double Murphy bed, and Bedroom 3 with a sofa bed) and a small guest cottage at the entrance (double bed).
In addition to enjoying the house, you’ll have all the town’s activities right at your fingertips: horseback riding, bike rentals, kayaking, walks to the plaza and restaurants, etc.
The accommodation
We hope you’ll feel right at home and treat it as if it were your own. This is a single-level property with just two steps from the front door to the pool areas.
Enjoy panoramic mountain views from the rooftop terrace or the colorful flower garden surrounding the pool.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with a gas oven and 5-burner stovetop, dishwasher, stand mixer, coffee maker, 3 toasters, toaster oven, large refrigerator, serving dishes, plenty of silverware, and glassware for your family of 8 or group of friends.

Each of the 4 bedrooms has direct access to the main living room and the outdoors through a large patio door.

Bedroom #1 is the master bedroom, featuring a sleeping area with a king-size Tempur-Pedic bed and a gas fireplace, as well as an incredible view of the flower garden and the mountains through two glass walls; a living area with a smart TV; a walk-in closet; and a spacious full bathroom with a tub and shower.

The “casita” bedroom has a queen-size bed, TV, kitchenette with a gas stovetop, mini-fridge, and microwave, and a full bathroom with a shower.

The “office” bedroom features a queen-size Murphy bed, a desk, access to a printer and a large monitor (HDMI connection), and a half-bath, while bedroom #4, also known as “the TV room,” has a double sofa bed, a full bathroom, and a large smart TV.

In addition, the house features a very large floor-to-ceiling glass room that is always shaded and maintained at a comfortable temperature, with a seating area that includes a dry bar with a refrigerator and a teak dining table for 8 people, where the view of the mountain and the flower garden takes center stage.
The formal dining room and living room with a gas fireplace feature a stunning two-story vaulted ceiling and a chandelier.

The entire house and the garden/pool area have high-speed Wi-Fi coverage provided through an internal mesh network. The double garage is remote-controlled and provides access to both the front door and the patio door of each bedroom. The small front patio, located within the property’s wall, is equipped with a gas grill, a seating area, and a water fountain. Finally, the pool terrace features a dining set for 8 people shaded by a giant umbrella. The pool itself is 5 feet deep and ideal for low-impact water workouts, with a submerged bench along one wall for a comfortable, relaxing experience. The natural stone terrace is surrounded by flowers and also features a large fountain that creates a very serene atmosphere.

The rooftop terrace features two zero-gravity chairs where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the mountains.
