"The location is perfect for anyone with mobility issues as it is very close to San Marco and easily accessible by water taxi(approx € 70-80). The downside is that it is a busy area so mornings can be noisy. Breakfast was delightful and the staff are very kind and helpful. It also boasts an elevator, which is not common in small hotels in Venice."

"Everything and everyone was amazing! Only complaint, the canal view room, pointless. You can’t see the canal unless ur an nba player or you travel with a step stool. You open window and blocking your view is part of the wall and flowers. Location is perfect and the staff was amazing. Room was clean and spacious!"

"The room itself was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was the only amenity and that was bad with just cereal, day old croissants and yogurt to eat. Good espresso and cappuccino. The biggest problem was the noise. Our room was just above several restaurants which were very busy until midnight. It might have been ok if we could have turned on the ac and shut the windows, but they don't switch the system on until May."

"Beautiful hotel with very nice, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Front desk is unbelievably attentive. The only thing was the gym. Not very nice with minimal equipment. It is crowded with 2 people in it. Needs to be expanded and new equipment for a hotel like this."
