A charming, centrally located hotel that's perfect for exploring the city. The rooms were clean, and the location couldn't have been more convenient. My only suggestion is that guests should be aware there is no elevator, which I didn't realize before booking and could be challenging if you're traveling with heavy luggage. Aside from that, we had a lovely stay and appreciated the hotel's charm and excellent location.

A 2 minute walk away from the ferry drop off point , Arsenale . The staff were warm and very polite, the receptionist gave us some pointers of what to look out for in the area such as tourist attractions and restaurants to visit. The hotel does not have a escalator but there is staff on site to assist with carrying luggage to your room. Breakfast buffet has a variety of options , hot and cold options as well as different sweet treats! Thank you Hotel Teson , you guys were amazing

We liked the location it was very close to the water bus stop. We didn’t mind there is no elevator but could be an issue for others. The room was nice, good breakfast bar in the morning. The only negative is our shower drained very slowly and if you were in there too long you had to turn off the water to let it drain. We had a short trip there so not really a problem for us. We would stay in this location again.

The room was spotless, the staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Received an excellent restaurant recommendation that was near the hotel. Breakfast was delicious and lots of options available. We were able to store our luggage after checking out on the final day. Couldn’t have picked to better hotel. We’ll definitely be back and we will be recommending it to friends and family.

Good location and the staff were really lovely. Very accommodating for allergens at breakfast and had a good selection of food available. The room was okay, clean but needs a bit of maintenance and upgrading in the bathroom due to rust and mold on the ceiling . The building on a fairly quiet street although we were woken by other guests walking past the room or showering late a night. You can hear a lot through the old walls so bring earplugs.
