"Mostly my complaints are with the incorrect description on hotels.com I had to debate with staff who were not going to allow my daughter (15) to stay with me. While the property prohibits kids, the description did not say that and it shared family friendly amenities. Because I arrived at 11 PM on a Saturday, I couldn't find another place in the area. A lot of party and construction noise. This is a party hostel and the description did not share it. The location was excellent, an honest description and not having to debate with staff at 11 PM at night would be appreciated."

"Beautiful hotel and grounds! The staff is kind and friendly. Lya Victoria checked us in, she went above and beyond to welcome us. Had a few small issues with maintenance. Hotel is well located. All in all, great stay, would definitely stay there again. "
