The hotel was gorgeous - timeless, classy and well appointed. The only disappointment was at the speak easy where I ordered a cocktail and was brought a Taro card. As a Christ follower - it was offensive to me. I asked the waiter to take it back.

The hotel was LOVELY and the staff so kind and helpful. Highly, highly recommend! Also-- I highly recommend a higher floor! While they say the 1st is the quietest, the higher floors have beautiful balconies and no problem with noise!

What a fantastic and beautiful hotel. The staff, particularly Dario who assisted with our bags, was extremely attentive and helpful. Luis, in the restaurant also was particularly kind and informative when sharing information about the hotel and Panamanian coffee! They made my husband and I feel special during our 20th anniversary trip.

A great hotel. The staff is incredible. Everyone works hard to make sure you have a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious, the shower simply one of a kind - large and water pressure that was amazing. The room was clean. Enjoyed the pool - a wonderful place to relax, swim and have a great cocktail. Highly recommend it.

The rooms are lovely. My balcony had a great view of the harbor and the city. The food is excellent, the coffee shop and pastries out of this world, and location is central yet quiet. The staff are superb, and treat everyone like a family member. Special shout outs to Ivan and Fatima at the front desk, Shaun at reception and Julissa at the pool bar. They are among the most outstanding of this outstanding staff.

A five star ,completely charming, "Old World" hotel. Excellent location. Very friendly atmosphere. Very well kept up. Exceptional, attentive staff, rooms were spacious and lovely. Beds and linens were first class. Large TV with many [free] movie options. Shower was the best I ever had. Spa services were also wonderful. Definitely recommend the 30 minute exfoliation followed by 60 massage .

The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is the breakfast buffet that is way, way below standard for a hotel of this caliber. Only 2-3 different breads, almost liquid scrambled eggs etc. Yoghurt was available but only presented at the buffet in small bowls that went empty after few minutes. All in all a breakfast one would expect at a 2-3 star hotel. The staff at the breakfast and all throughout the hotel were amazing, attentive and very service minded. The room we had was impeccable, clean and well serviced.
