Location couldn’t be better, still staff was by far the best. Every single member of their staff was extremely nice and helpful. Bed was comfy, breakfast was good, pool was nice, views from the rooftop and our balcony were perfect. Would definitely start here again and will recommend it to others.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. Ms. Gisela, housekeeper, did a fantastic job. We always came back to our rooms with clean towels and room. The staff from front desk to doorman were all amazing. I have to point out the delicious dinner experience we had. The ceviche, seafood pasta, steak and wine were absolutely outstanding. I recommend this place to everyone. The location is excellent, close to everything. You will not be disappointed!

Hotel was on an excellent location, the staff is amazing, the hotel is pretty clean , but would not considered a 5 as there were a few things that did not looked as clean; such as towels and sheets. Also, if you are a light sleeper and have any type of window or anything i do not considered 100% soundproof as i still heard some noise from surroundings. I would come back for the location and staff.
