The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The overall experience was good but not excellent. The water went out for half a day in the whole city so that was a big factor on why it wasn’t excellent. Also, the area around the hotel is not that nice and there’s a lot of older buildings that seem dirty. The quality of the soaps and amenities could be improved. The hotel itself was very clean in the rooms and around the hotel.

The staff were incredibly kind, professional and team players in this cozy little boutique hotel where we were made to feel immediately at home with their delicious and plentiful breakfasts made right on the spot, fresh and nutritious!
