Room and balcony were fantastic. Front desk staff was super great with good security. Fresh and cold water available and the breakfast was good. Shower had decent pressure and got hot! Just had to wait some minutes for it to get hot

La peor estancia, desparecio una blusa de mi madre, las instalaciones no son lo ofertado, No HAY PISCINA NO ES TECHADA , para acceder hay una en otro hotel a 1h caminando y se debe hacer un tramite adicional, me cobraron valor extra, No hay ahua caliente.

This hotel is in the perfect location and was excellent for exploring Getsamani and the Walled City. Rooms are basic and comfortable and clean. The hotel is in a very lively, busy area so it is quite noisy. We changed rooms a couple of times and the staff were very helpful and accommodating, but it was still always very loud. Bring earplugs and you will be fine. Breakfast was yummy with lots of variety and coffee and fresh juice. I would recommend this hotel.
