The property is a good value. Well equipped and maintained. Excellent staff. Breakfast is sparse but good. While the location is excellent, as it is very close to the old town main areas of interest and the marina. it is nevertheless outside of other walls of the old town and the last block or so before one reaches the main door of the hotel’s building is dirty and smelly.

I can't say enough of the wonderful staff, they made our anniversary an amazing one. Even from the communication before we got there until after we left. We travel around the world and their service was top notch. Next time we are in Cartagena we will definitely stay there. Doesn't hurt to say that our room was PERFECT, THE VIEW WAS OUTSTANDING, the cleanliness, everything blew our mind. Thank you again!!! Un abrazo a todos de los boricuas!!!
