Hacen propaganda engañosa, dicen estar en ciudad amurallada, Cartagena, me cobraron más de lo pactado, tome el hotel sólo por un día, por la ubicación y el ruido de la calle, no lo recomiendo

Cuando llegamos al hotel no sabían de mi reserva por Hoteles.com. Parece que les informan por correo electrónico y éste se había ido a la bandeja de SPAM. Me dijeron que casi nunca reciben reservas por este medio.

Me fue mal porque cuando llegue con la reserva no habia disponibilidad de habitación, de buenas que a la media hora un huesped desocupó una. Despues el servicio de restaurante muy malo conclusión me equivoque de hotel.
