I am very disappointed with my recent stay. I have stayed at this hotel for many years when returning to my hometown, and it used to hold many good memories for me. Sadly, this experience completely changed that. After waiting a long time to check in, I was given what seemed to be the worst room in the hotel. The front desk staff was unkind when I politely asked if they could help me get into the room sooner. The room was in very poor condition. There were mosquitoes and even cockroaches, loud noise from a busy alley, and a window that looked damaged and could not be locked. The bedding looked old and dirty, there was hair on the floor, and the room overall felt neglected and poorly maintained. As a paying guest, I expected basic cleanliness, comfort, and respectful service. It was very disappointing, especially because this hotel once meant a lot to me. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the way they treat their guests.

Great location, even though is located on a busy street, the rooms were quiet, all the staff is really helpful. That being said, the hotel is not as nice as it appears on pictures, it is quite dated and the rooms smell a little bit of mold, our room window had no view and the shower is designed in a way that the water splashes on to the rest of the bathroom. The free breakfast is you get what you pay for, so don’t expect an all you can eat buffet, it is very simple and not that great quality food. Overall, is a simple place with great location for the price if you’re staying with a couple or friends, wouldn’t recommend families and be aware to request the ground floor beforehand if you have any trouble going up the stairs as there is no elevator.
