It is a very clean place to stay located in a wonderful neighborhood. Not quite located downtown, but is 10 minutes away. I really liked the location. Also, a big part of why the place is so great is because of the people that work there. They were all very kind and very helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great place to stay when visiting Cartagena though it is outside the city. Extremely affordable and great place for the price. Safe place to stay, breakfast was fantastic, entire place was kept very clean, pool was very nice, and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Noisy, construction and no respect for guests!

This is not a 8 star out of ten stay by any stretch of one’s imagination. They placed me on the second floor right next the eating area where a group of 14 people were very loud having breakfast at 6 am. Finally fell back to sleep when I was woken at 8 am by jack hammering of the floors and walls in the unit directly below me!! It was absolutely insane and it went on all day long! I had to shower and get the heck out. After waiting for another room all day, they placed me on the rooftop right across the generator room. The owner obviously had no respect for guests staying or this work would have been done and the adjoining rooms closed off! This continued every day where one could not even have an online conference call. I finally checked out a day early as the extremely loud music from the next door place started up at 10 pm - I checked out at 11 pm and booked into an airbnb which provided me a quiet nights sleep! Many guests were upset by the lack of respect that the hotel management had for current guests! Location was great - staff was great, hotel management pathetic!! I left at 11 pm on a Saturday night after 6 nights of little sleep ! Non refundable booking! My advise - BOOK ELSEWHERE!

La experiencia fue extraordinaria!!!! Debo resaltar la maravillosa atencion de todo el personal, pero particularmente de la Sra. Maribel en el comedor y de el Sr. Samuel en la recepcion, increibles!!! El hotel debe remunerar con muy buenos sueldos a sus empleados, lo merecen!!!! Espero regresar muy pronto!!! El unico detalle que quiero mencionar es lo extremadamente pequeno del lavamano del cuarto. Ojala lo cambien por uno de tamano normal.

Me robaron en mi habitacion del hotel

Tenio una mala experiencia en hotel el (Marques de Manga). Un dia antes de marcharme, cuando yo regreso en mi habitacion por la tarde yo abri mi bolsa y me da cuenta que me faltaba dinero.El dinero estavo oculto por dentro en la bolsa de el bolsillo. La chica de limpieza se quedó todavia a limpiar mi habitacion cuando yo me fui. Ella fue la sola quién tenia la llave para entrar en la habitación, eso paso un dia antes de irme que coincidencia. Hay una camera en el piso frente de la habitación, yo denuncié esto a la chica de reception, y ella me dijo que ellos va revisar las cameras.Tambien ella me dijo que me va a escribir por correo para ver si me devuelven mi dinero. No hubo mas respuestas de ellos.
