The Space:

Your terrace at Calablanca Residences faces open water, and from the moment you arrive, the sea becomes the backdrop to everything - morning coffee with the horizon ahead, golden-hour conversations as the light softens, and evenings lit by fire pits beside the pool. This is Isla Barú at its most unhurried.



The space

This 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath apartment accommodates up to 10 guests with generous interiors arranged for comfort and ease. Air conditioning keeps every room cool, and the living areas flow naturally between togetherness and privacy - ideal whether you're traveling with family or a group of friends. A private entrance, elevator access, and building staff available around the clock ensure arrivals and departures are smooth at any hour.



Sleeping arrangements

The apartment offers four bedrooms across five beds, each room designed for restful nights after full days in the sun. Bed linens, towels, hangers, and clothing storage are all provided.



Outdoor living

Step onto your private terrace for panoramic Caribbean Sea views and the easy rhythm of island life. The community's large family pool, lined with sunbeds, draws long afternoons, while a smaller kids' pool offers a calm spot for younger guests. A private beach - 167 m long and 37 m wide - provides sunbeds, large cushions, and Bali-style cabanas. The beach is less than 5 minutes away on foot, without needing to leave the complex. A 60-meter dock nearby accommodates vessels up to 60 feet. Come evening, two fire pits beside the pool create a welcoming gathering point under open sky.



Shared amenities

Calablanca's shared facilities are a genuine draw. The spa features two covered outdoor jacuzzis and a steam room, sauna, and massage cabins. Use of the sauna and jacuzzi comes at no additional charge - you only need to make a reservation through your Concierge. Massages have an additional cost and can be requested through your assigned Concierge. The gym is equipped with cardio and pilates equipment, and the game room includes a pool table, ping-pong table, foosball, and Smart TV. Outdoor showers stocked with L'Occitane liquid soap are available to rinse off after the beach.



Kitchen and dining

The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, and wine glasses, along with cooking basics and dishes and silverware. Prepare breakfast, a full dinner, or anything in between - the open dining area and living space make sharing meals easy and relaxed.



Getting around and staying connected

We offer transportation from Cartagena to Calablanca, at an additional cost. Wifi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected when needed. Free parking is available both in the garage and on the street. A washer, dryer, and iron cover the essentials for longer visits. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.
