No apto para lluvias fuertes

Desfortunadamente el apartamento no está acondicionado para fuertes lluvias-tormentas. La primera noche llovió toda la noche y se nos entró el agua por todas las ventanas de las habitaciones, mojando camas e inunando las habitaciones. El nivel del agua fue tal, que se inundó no sólo el 2do piso sino que el agua bajó por las escaleras hasta la zona social. Bastante decepcionante porque cuando se pidió una compensación por la mala noche que pasamos corriendo muebles y limpiando, la agencia simplemente nunca volvió a reponder los mensajes.
