WiFi doesn’t work in room, it works only near the office. No amenities listed on the website like not hot tub, no breakfast. The room had an extremely strong scented odor. Also, I booked the hotel in the wrong location and there was no help from Expedia.

The hotel is run down and only a few customers. The seconded floor unusable and blocked off. There was no breakfast. The Indian manager was difficult to understand. You should remove this property from your listing.

Property was run down, would not expect this level of accommodation in Minden, NV, very disappointed with the dilapidated and poorly presented exterior and interior amenities. Would not recommend this property to anyone, and definitely will not rebook this Quality Inn for future stays in the area.

The motel looked significantly better online than in person. The furnishings were dated and beaten up in my room, and the building overall seemed to be in disrepair. There were also a lot ants in my room and the bathroom floor looked dirty, although it might just be old/dingy. Not the worst place I've stayed, but definitely not worth the price that I paid.

This is the worst Motel I've ever stayed in. I reserved a suite and got a filthy room with a king-size bed. The room smelled musty, the room curtains had seen better days, and the bedspread was old and delapidated. The room key didn't work, so the clerk had to come and use his decoder key several times to get the door open. Additionally, he needed to bang on the lock numerous times to get my room key to finally work. The website advertises free breakfast, but only coffee was available. It also advertises a workout room and sauna, neither of which is available. There is also no bar on site as advertised. This entire facility needs to be inspected and reviewed by the Choice Hotel corporation. It is a rip-off and a total embarrassment to their brand of Hotels.
