⭐Town of Carolina Beach Dog Rules - All dogs are required to be on a leash at all times. April 1st through September 30th, dogs are allowed on the beach during restricted hours BEFORE 9:00 a.m. and AFTER 5:00 p.m. Dogs are not allowed on the beach between 9AM-5PM. October 1st through March 31st,dogs are allowed on the beach during all hours. $225 non-refundable pet fee.

Beautiful views!

Beautiful views, comfortable home, close to everything, loads of activities! We really enjoyed the paddle boards, kayaking and canoeing in the bay. The beach was an easy walk. Our boys really enjoyed surfing. Our boys went to the nearby skate park nearly every night. We will definitely return!

The house was clean and conveniently located. The views were gorgeous. We really enjoyed our stay. I do wish they provided more towels and linens. The listing said they had bikes but we could'nt find any. Since everything is pay for parking on carolina beach, bikes would've been cconvenient to have.

Great location!!!!!

Extremely comfortable and very close to beach!! House was well equiped to meet our needs. The stairs definately got everyone in shape!!! Not recommended for those with heart issues, as the stairs are a bear, for the unfit!!

Carolina Beach, Great area

We all really enjoyed this rental and area! We had fun swimming, fishing, canoeing/paddle boarding off the docks, we caught several croakers and spot fish, all of which we released, as they were small, so fun to catch! The beach was super close to walk to for fun beach time and early morning walks… Really, the best of both areas of water…The house was clean and well Maintained and it had pretty much everything we needed in the kitchen and rooms. The laundry room was a plus and much needed. It was nice to have the beach towels available… The accommodation for our dog was perfect! Thank you! We had a wonderful time and it was great area!

Great stay in Carolina Beach!

We had a great time at Docks, Decks and Sunsets. The sunset views from the 3 canalside decks were truly wonderful. The beautiful dock was a great spot to tie up our boat and the gazebo a great spot any time of day. The clean, well-stocked home is beautiful and comfortable, and a great location on Carolina Beach. We would love to come back to spend another vacation in this great home!!

Family Friendly Fun!

Docks, Decks & Sunsets is the perfect family friendly property! With its gorgeous views of the canal and short walk to Starfish beach it’s location can’t be beat. It is clean, well cared for and true to the images in property listing. The layout is perfect for multiple families and is well suited for visitors of all ages. The property is well stoked with all of the amenities you need as your home away from home. Docks, Decks & Sunsets is just moments away from fantastic food and local attractions. It’s a must stay if planning a trip to Carolina Beach!

Great graduation celebration at the beach

Our intent was to make the best of our daughter’s virtual UNCW graduation by spending a week at the beach with our family. This lovely home did not disappoint! It is well-appointed, had tons of space for the 9 of us, is a short walk to the beach and delighted us with sunset views off the numerous decks. There are a number of stairs which could be a problem for some but did not bother us - although it took our dog half the week to get the nerve to go down them! (Nice neighbors too!) We would absolutely rent this property again.

Great time in Carolina Beach
