My issue with my stay is that the house was advertised as 3 and half bathrooms. The hall bathroom shower was not working due to renovations. We were not notified of this change. I talked to a representative and no one from management contacted me. They wanted us to honor the expectations of the house and be out by 10:00 am. We honored our agreement but the company is not being professional about contacting me to come to a resolution. It’s sad when you can’t get proper resolution to a matter that is not our fault.

Overall the house was very nice. However, when we arrived there was a note saying one of the showers (the main shared shower) was not working. We were told maintenance would be there the next day to fix it but no one ever showed up and I got no response from the company when I sent a message. We had a full house of teenagers and only 2 working showers. We also found candy trash in a few places throughout the house and the floors were really dirty upon arriving. Looked like they needed a good mopping. Other than this, the house was nice. They had lots of kitchen items needed to cook a meal, lots of space throughout the house, nice porch swing, and it was pet friendly. Very close to beach and convenient for people with kids/pets/teens etc. Only about 1 block from the beach which was nice. There were a ton of steps inside the house so if you have someone who can’t do steps this is not the house for you! Our main issue was the non working shower that we were not told about prior to arrival and they never got fixed as promised.
