Excellent stay at Four Points Flex! The location couldn’t be more convenient — just a short walk from the city centre, train station, bus station, and all major tourist attractions. The rooms were comfortable, the service was welcoming, and the breakfast was outstanding with plenty of fresh options to start the day. The hotel also has a convenient cloakroom facility, which made storing luggage effortless. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and will definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip.

Staff on the desk were absolutely lovely and friendly. I'd never stayed in Cardiff before, and they were so helpful explaining how to get around. The check in and out was easy. Room was decent with all the expected amenities. Really clean, and the bathroom was ace. Bed was super comfy, too. No parking available, but there are loads of pay and display car parks within 5 minutes walk

The room was too small for a double bed, it was against the wall and window ! Had to climb over my husband to use the toilet The bottom of the bed had a desk and chair which we could not use as not enough room to pull out chair !
