Our room was cozy and clean. Washroom always good, maybe just minor fix with the lid for the bathtub. Continental breakfast was simple but with so many options to choose. Staff at feont desk helpulf and nice.

We stayed for 2 nights, the lady who checked us in is accomodating. The price is too high for the quality of the service, I asked the front desk and housekeepers to clean our room since we stayed for 2 nights, sadly they didnt clean the room they just changed the garbage and towels and not friendly at all. I complaint to the front desk (guy) in the morning, at first his not kind of helpful but suddenly he talked to us to apologized. I requested for late c/out around 12 noon and he allowed us. Breakfast is not good sausage was very dry. Not worth the money $300 plus taxes per night, not recommended and we will not stay here again.

The rooms and amenities are tidy and clean. Hotel staff is super friendly. The breakfast area stays open for juice and water. Coffee continues to be accessible, even after breakfast ended at 10pm. This is the best hotel experience we’ve had in Canmore.
