THE SPACE

Welcome to Swan`s Nest, a spacious two-level penthouse at Grande Rockies Resort in Canmore. With over 2,000 sq. ft. of living space, mountain views, and a private hot tub, this is a wonderful place for families and groups to experience the Canadian Rockies together.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Swan`s Nest accommodates up to 9 guests with nine individual sleeping spots.

- Master bedroom upstairs: 1 king-size bed, sleeps 2
- Bedroom 2 downstairs: 1 king-size bed, sleeps 2
- Bedroom 3 downstairs: 1 queen-size bed, sleeps 2
- Separate family room: 1 queen pull-out sofa bed, sleeps 2
- Portable extra bed: 1 twin-size folding cot that can be moved where needed, sleeps 1

LIVING AND ENTERTAINMENT

The lower level features a large, fully equipped kitchen, a main living room, and a separate family room. Enjoy board games, foosball, and three TVs for entertainment during your stay.

Step out onto the lower-level balcony to enjoy the fresh mountain air, use the barbecue, and relax with outdoor seating. Upstairs, the master bedroom opens onto a private patio with seating and your own hot tub.

For added convenience, the condo also features two bathrooms, including an ensuite bathroom upstairs and a lower-level bathroom with a walk-in shower. An in-suite washer and dryer are also provided.

GRANDE ROCKIES RESORT AMENITIES

Guests have access to the resort`s shared indoor swimming pool, communal hot tub, and fitness room, with no additional resort amenity fees. A restaurant is also located within the resort and is open to the public.

Please note that the resort amenities are shared with other guests and are separate from your private hot tub.

Perfect location

We loved the views from the balconies and how the easy walks to get coffee in the morning and dinner in the evening. A very short drive into Banff but my family (2 parents and 3 young adult children) enjoyed the town center of Canmore more than Banff. Thank you so much Robert for helping make our stay perfect!
