Super friendly staff! Clean and comfortable. Definitely drive the Icefields Parkway!!! Took the tour to lake Louise and moraine lake but wish we had done a shorter tour. Beautiful area. Loved the hotel!

Nice room with great views however there was a significant issue with room cleaning. We agreed to get no cleaning for 3 days (our choice) but on the 4th day they didn't clean the room again. We had put our towels on the floor in the morning and when we got back at 7:00 pm after a long day of hiking we found our room had not been cleaned and we had no towels to use. We told the front desk and they said it would take some time to get us the towels. It was 30 minutes, which was 29 minutes too long. Additionally we needed tp and fortunately the guest washroom on the 1st floor was well stocked so I was able to get a roll from there. A 4 night stay is very expensive and although its a nice hotel this experience on the last day/night made us feel like we got ripped off.

The coast was really nice hotel very clean and modern. Felt very comfortable there for a one night stay. Would definitely stay there again. Clean comfy rooms and friendly staff. Restaurant and bar o. Site was really nice also.
